Patches come with a separate adhesive glue which is sweat and water resistant.

1. Apply glue on the patch.
2. Wear it anywhere on the body.
3. Remove after your mission is done.
4. Wash the patches in the washing machine with 30°C!
5. Repeat — all clean and ready to be worn again.
